Responsibilities:

• Assist in co-coordinating various marketing programs and sales initiatives
• Create media kits, sales presentation and marketing collaterals
• Conceive new presentations based on latest news monitoring and research, updates from JCDecaux Corp and the actual needs of the local market; close collaboration with the Sales team required.
• Monitor and search the daily news to draft thoughtful news updates which will support sales in their interactions with clients.
• Produce e-newsletters to update clients/agencies/partners
• Weekly data and market analysis
• Coordinate with the Marketing Communication team the production of social media posts
• Assist the sales team to provide professional sales services to clients and agencies. Participate to any sales projects in order to assist the sales team in achieving the business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication / Business Administration / Marketing or related disciplines
• Passionate about media and advertising industry, especially the latest digital trends (programmatic, real-time bidding…)
• Enthusiastic and team player
• Able to work under tight timeline with multi-tasking abilities
• Language required: English - Native level or equivalent & French Speaking preferred
• Proficient in computer software Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel
• Good knowledge in email marketer, social media technologies and Photoshop are preferred
• The knowledge of Premiere Pro is a must
• Immediate availability is preferred
