Job Highlights:

• Responsible for the NGO's comprehensive accounting & administrative affair.
• To prepare service statistics, related progress reports and financial reports for the project
• To assist to writing, promotion and marketing 
• Participate in organizing and monitoring various projects, events and related activities.
• To assist in program planning, preparation, enrollments and any other logistic support
• Provide any ad-hoc administrative and secretarial support to directors.

Requirements:

• LCCI or Higher diploma in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of working experience in NGO administration and accounting
• Proficiency in MS office (especially for Excel) and accounting software MYOB
• Good in English and Chinese conversation and writing skills
• Self-motivated, Good communication and able to work independently
• Knowledge of sign language and Deaf culture is preferred.
• Detail-minded, hardworking and able to work independently.
