Responsibilities: 

• Achieve account servicing and person in charge of handling enquires, routine and ad hoc projects
• Conduct comprehensive industry research and market news for both IPO and Retainers clients
• Manage various financial communications/investor relations events and ensure a smooth run of events/projects from venue sourcing, negotiation, logistics, and on-site support
• Assist in the development of various corporate presentations and marketing materials including press release, results announcement, interim report, newsletters, and other online materials
• Sustain strong relations with media, investors and other third parties

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Journalism, Communications, Finance, Economics, and other business-related disciplines
• 3 years or above relevant experience in financial communications/media/ investor-relations/ event management, solid experience from a PR agency will be an added advantage
• Strong analysis skills in financial markets and familiar with IPO flow
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Essential to have good speaking and writing skills both in Chinese and English
• Independent, team spirit, proactive and strong interpersonal skills
• Teamwork, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as a junior position
