JOB DESCRIPTION

•          Assist in meeting coordination and scheduling for customer meetings, to encourage the retention of existing customers and the attainment of new clients.
•          Assist in preparing marketing materials and content production for business review presentation
•          Assist in organizing marketing events
•          Completing Client calls and developing relationships
•          Take and deliver meeting minutes
•          Online research for information

YOUR PROFILE

•          Great communication skills; both written and verbal.
•          Highly organized and independent individual
•          Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•          Passion to learn and the ability to grasp quickly.
•          Ability to demonstrate a good level of competency using Microsoft. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
