Responsibilities:

• Implement advertiser recruitment campaigns for promoting HKTDC’s integrated marketing solution including HKTDC’s online marketplace (www.hktdc.com), onsite advertising items at local trade fairs, and other digital initiatives
• Liaise with business partners, multipliers, vendors, and internal departments to execute marketing campaigns and activities to build the critical mass of online suppliers
• Assist in managing social media accounts and campaign development; help proofread and edit content in both English and Chinese, also update HKTDC’s various webpages
• Assist in promotion activities at trade fairs in Hong Kong and the arrangement of virtual seminars held in China
• Develop print and digital marketing materials to promote HKTDC services to potential advertisers
• Carry out administrative duties like issuing Purchase Orders, settling payments, handling customer enquiries and other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ solid working experience preferably with sizable organizations, in digital marketing, project management, and online marketing operations
• Hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Strong attention to details with business sense, an analytical mind in understanding project requirements
• Excellent command in written and verbal Chinese and English.
• Proactive, well-organised and meticulous with the ability of multi-tasking and to work under pressure and tight project timeline
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
