Job Description
Responsibilities
PR
- Facilitate Armani Exchange, assist in EA Junior, EA7’s fashion shoots, press sample requests, dispatch press samples
- Polish and distribute press materials to media, journalists, franchisees and distributors
- Update media list and title list
- Prepare monthly clippings, competitor, PR reports and consolidate files
- Arrange clippings to stores and office for record and information
- Monitor missing clippings from clipping house
- Provide assistance to celebrity and KOL sponsorship, seeding
- Assist and support press day, brand image and press events
- Support ad-hoc projects as required
Press Samples
- Manage press room sample coordination
- Prepare seasonal press sample order records
- Regularly update press sample delivery
- Follow up with merchandising team and logistics vendors on sample delivery schedule
- Arrange sample delivery for shooting arrangement for HK, Taiwan, Macau and Asia Pacific press
- Arrange sample back to warehouses with logistics company at season end
Requirements
- 4-5 years’ Marketing and Communications experience in luxury retail industry
- With solid knowledge and experience in PR & Media handling
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in all MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Mature, self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work under pressure with high energy
- Be well-organized, conscientious, meticulous with initiatives
- Good team plater and willing to learn
