Job Description

• Co-ordinate daily operational activities in pre-production stage to ensure material delivery on time
• Identify issue related to material quality and work with other teams to resolve the problem
• Communicate the production requirements clearly to parties concerned to ensure production processes are managed properly as planned
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time

Job Requirements

• F.7 / Diploma / Degree holder, Engineering or related disciplineswould be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in project coordination from product materials, decoration, artwork production and design
• Smart, presentable & mature for problem solving
• Good PC knowledge including Chinese word processing
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-organized, good communication skills and able to work under tight schedule and pressure
• Responsible, mature and self-motivated
