Job Duties

- Drafting and reviewing contracts, documents and policies in English and Chinese

- Providing in-house legal and compliance support to a listed group

- Proceeding the trademark applications and maintaining the trademark registrations

- Conducting legal research and formulate legal advice to internal department

- Liaise with external legal parties or regulatory bodies if necessary

Job requirement

- Diploma  in Legal Studies; Bachelor Degree in Laws or equivalent

- 2-5 years of experience in Law Firm or In-house Legal Department is preferred

- Knowledge of mainland law would be a plus

- Work experience in mainland state-owned enterprises or PRC legal matters is a plus

- Working experience in film distribution and film production industry is an advantage

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible, able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

- Immediate availability is preferred

- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Legal Assistant
