We are adding a new headcount to our growing IPO Sales team with an Analyst, IPO Sales position. The position sits under our Issuer Services division within Computershare, responsible for providing administrative services to Issuer Services clients and their individual security holders.

A role you will love

You will be working under a market leading team in the HK IPO market, your role will be sitting under the deal team. You will gain exposure in participating on execution of IPO projects. You will work closely and will provide assistance to the Managing Director, IPO Management in relation to IPO related documentations and logistics.

In addition, you will be assisting the Managing Director, IPO Management in liaising with investment bank and legal advisors of IPO projects.

What will you bring to the role?   

You will have at least 1 year of experience working in a financial institution with an understanding about IPO is preferred; high caliber fresh graduates will also be considered.

You will be willing to work hard under pressure, who will be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. You will be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

Other key skills required for the role include:

• Holder of a business-related degree
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
