Job Summary:

We are looking for an Account Receivables Officer to partner with the Account Receivables Team, ensure smooth daily operations and support the achievement of collection targets.

Liaising with internal and external parties, you will be directly reporting to the Account Receivables Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Support billing management, verify data and generate invoices
• Assist the collection process and ensure smooth daily settlement tasks with accounting data entry, checking, filing duties, and preparation of reports
  
• Maintain an accurate and up to date customer database
  
• Work closely with internal and external parties on billing and settlement matters
• Fulfill ad hoc assignments as required

Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting or related discipline 
• At least 2 years experience in Account Receivables is an advantage
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Excel and Word. SAP system experience will be a plus
• Well-organized, detail-minded and proactive
• Team player, self-motivated with a positive working attitude
• Good communication skills (English and Cantonese)
