Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Audio Typist;
- Responsible for consolidation of reporting/films and distribution arrangement;
- Typing of confidential and sensitive medical report by audio transcription;
- Reviews medical records for accuracy and completeness;
- Manage incoming dictation tasks as and when required
- HKDSE/ HKALE or above, passed in Chinese and English
- Minimum of 8 years experience in audio typing, experience in healthcare organization;
- Must have excellent knowledge of medical terminology, English grammar, composition and spelling
- Ability to work in a team or autonomously;
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proficient in MS Officer applications
