The Job: 

• Partner with regional headquarter to ensure consistent global brand identity and guidelines
• Assist in the creation of seasonal merchandise display, window and in store propping as well as support shops with various POP production
• Responsible for the daily VM operations issues including window display layout and in-store visual merchandising, marketing events, brands development and promotions activities across Asia
• Conduct researches to identity potential customers, prepare sales proposals/presentations and participate in market planning.
• Provide marketing support and generate ideas aiming at increasing sales
• Liaise with business partners, production house, media and advertising agencies on various marketing programs and events

The Person: 

• Degree/ Diploma holder in Visual Merchandising or related discipline
• Min 5 years in Visual Merchandising/visual presentation/display experience in luxury retail brands
• Able to prioritize and meet tight timeline with minimum supervision
• Willing to conduct installations outside of standard working hours
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Mac, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Immediately available is preferable
