Responsibilities

• Support Merchandising team in follow-up purchase orders with suppliers / factories to ensure on time delivery
• Prepare quotation and issue PO by Excel
• Sourcing, coordinate with factory for sample and order follow-up issues
• Handle general merchandising duties including packing, sending the product samples.
• Update client database in system and maintain an accurate record
• Occasionally travel to China is needed

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience; experience in Merchandising
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Responsible, detail-minded, flexible, good team player, a fast-learner, able to cope with deadline
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
