Responsibilities

• Responsible for purchasing activities for chemicals, electronic parts and other items, including issue purchase orders, follow up purchasing order and delivery schedules.
• Deal with suppliers on purchasing and negotiation, forecasting, and price comparison.
• Work closely with supplier and monitor materials receiving.
• Manage logistics to ensure on time delivery.
• Communicate and work with internal teams to resolve issues related to purchasing, inventory control, production and operation processes.
• Handle import & export customs issues.
• Any ad-hoc assignments as requested by management.

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Logistics, Procurement, or related discipline is preferred
• At least 5 years of solid purchasing experience
• Knowledge in purchasing electrical material and mechanical parts is preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Capable of working independently with strong interpersonal, analytical, supervisory and negotiation skills
• Immediate available would be an advantage
