• Provide full spectrum of office administration duties, including procurement of office equipment and supplies, office security, insurance renewal, overseas travel arrangement, company car arrangement, repair and maintenance of office facilities and systems, etc.;
• Assist in planning, organizing and monitoring office renovation and relocation projects;
• Coordinate and negotiate with external parties, like building management office, service contractors and suppliers;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

• Diploma holder or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or related discipline;
• Minimum3 years' relevant administration experience in sizable companies;
• Solid experience in office relocation and renovation;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word processing;
• Strong sense of responsibility, multi-tasking, detail minded and good interpersonal skills;
• Highly self-motivated, well organized and able to work under pressure.
