• Order follow-up and clerical support for the purchasing team;
• To prepare stock/order planning, order forecast and purchase order;
• Assist in handling communication and negotiation with supplier;
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports/analysis for business review;
• Assist Purchasing Manager to monitor routine operation with collaboration between various departments.

Key Requirements

• DSE or above in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years solid experience in which 1 year at managerial level;
• A good team player with high degree of responsibility, be well-organized, conscientious, meticulous and initiative;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Immediately available is highly preferred;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Clerk.
