Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operation of procurement team (Food Trading Category)
• Be the project leader of Pre-cooked food, Frozen Meat, Milk and agent product
• Participate in contract negotiation, analyze the technical and commercial scores to achieve business targets within the current market conditions
• Assist with the procurement of all Works aspects of the project, and ensure that the procurement work must be carried out in compliance and on schedule
• Resolve product and service-related problems, monitor supplier to follow and comply with Quality assurance requirements
• Strive for the target product quality in favour of the company
• Good Negotiation and Communication Skills
• Responsible, self-motivated and independent

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Trading / Sourcing / Business related discipline preferable
• At least 5 years' work experiences in procurement with 2 years' supervisory level preferred
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
• Exhibits high level of attention to details, results-oriented and the ability to multi-task handling
• Proven negotiation skills, Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both internally with operational departments and external suppliers
• Independent, able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and with high initiative and integrity
• Excellent time management, proactive and flexible
