Job Responsibilities:

• Effective and efficient operation and management of respective Procurement Office;
• Scrutinize and ensure that Purchase Requisitions, Requests for Quotations, Purchase Orders, receipts of goods and/or services and payments are processed in accordance with laid down procedures and guidelines;
• Effective management of budget and contracts;
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive procurement records to facilitate analysis, budgeting, inspection and auditing;
• Conduct research on procurement trends and source suitable new suppliers to meet users’ needs;
• Monitor and evaluate suppliers’ performance;
• Proactively work with user Divisions on procurement needs and ensure quality, timely ordering and delivery of goods and/or services to users;
• Supervise his/her Procurement Officer and Procurement Assistants;
• Report to Assistant Manager (Procurement); and
• Perform any other duties assigned by procurement management.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably degree holder in procurement/business or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in procurement;
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills;
• Good team spirit and ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Knowledge of SAP system is a preference;
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint; and
• Good command of Chinese and English.
