DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer supports for sales team
• Assit sales in production development
• Liaison with overseas customers for order enquiries, production planning and shipments
• To ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships
• To coordinate with internal parties and production for timely delivery to customers
• Prepare sales orders to customer using ERP system

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sundries industry would be preferred
• Well organized, responsible, energetic and good team player
• Confident with great communication skills
• Detailed minded and able to work independently under pressure
• Proficiency in use of MS office software
• Good command of English & Mandarin & Cantonese is a MUST
