Patent Engineer (in-house)

What Is This Job

As a Patent Engineer in Peplink, you will mainly support the preparation and prosecution of patent applications through inventor input coordination, review and approve documents to prepare and prosecute patent applications, and attend project meetings of patent counsel to manage project status. You will also support inventors to prepare invention disclosures, search on third party patents to support infringement clearance opinions. 

What We Need 

• 3+ years of legal/ Engineering/ IT/ Technical R&D background
• University graduates in Law, Engineering or other related disciplines.
• Excellent writing in English.
• Good interaction and communication skills.
