Job Description

About the client
Our client is a professional authority with a well-structured legal and compliance department. They are currently looking for a Legal professional to join the team to participate in litigation and conveyancing matters. The role is based in Hong Kong.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Take care of wide range of legal documents. You will be one of the representatives in facing senior management and external stakeholders. You will drive and manage projects and ad hoc assignments.
Other Roles and Responsibilities
 
  • Draft, review and negotiate wide range of legal documents
  • Handle litigation matters
  • Participate in various investigation and inspections
  • Identify misconduct
  • Mitigate and monitor legal and compliance risks
  • Liaise and communicate with external stakeholders
Candidate profile
Qualified Lawyer in common law jurisdictions. 3+ PQE gained from law firm and/or in-house environment, with business and commercial sense. As one of the main legal representatives of the company, you must possess excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Possess a strategic mindset, excellent risk awareness and being ethical. Embrace changes, flexible and open-minded.
