Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of Market Development, to formulate a 5-year development plan and pipeline for Hong Kong and Macau
• Execute and monitor the new stores development, rent review and the lease renewal process in accordance with the approved budget
• Lead the team to plan, search and acquire new sites including new site identification, feasibility study, financial analysis, and new store approval package
• Build a network of contact with landlords, property developers and property agents for relationship cultivation, sourcing of supplies and market intelligence collection
• Other duties to be assigned by the Head of Market Development

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in real estate / leasing/ business development / or other related disciplines
• 8 years or above solid experience preferably gained from sizable retailers or property developers
• Relevant working experience on dealing with franchise business is advantage
• Independent, sensitive to financial figures and market changes
• Good knowledge in the retail/ property market and strong network with landlords and property agents
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
