Requirements:

• Job Duties:

  • Work under the supervision of Senior Project Manager / Project Manager;
  • Follow up and coordinate consultant team to ensure a timely delivery of quality outputs;
  • To monitor and manage project information and assist day to day project administration duties;
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills and able to work with minimal supervision; and
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as requested.

  Requirements:

  • Degree and Master in Architecture;
  • Registered Architect in Hong Kong;
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience in developer or consultant firm;
  • Practical experience with developer in managing local residential projects will be an advantage;
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
