• Diploma or above
• Minimum 4 years’ administrative experience
• Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Good organizational skill and detail-minded
• Polite, pleasant and mature
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Perform general team administration duties and secretarial support to the manager
• Handle invoice payments and data entry
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required
