Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall supervision on operations of assigned properties with proper monitoring on budgeting, quality assurance and customer service
Requirements
- Degree in Property / Facility Management or related disciplines
- Have professional membership(s) of RPHM, CIH, HKIH, PMP (Tier 1) or equivalent
- At least 15 years’ relevant experience, of which 7 years at senior management level
- Conversant with DMC, BMO and related ordinances
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of residential, industrial and commercial properties
- Excellent negotiation, project management, problem solving skills and posses strong and clear vision to enhance company’s market position
- Able to work independently and dynamically to ensure high quality of services being delivered
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Property Manager
