Job Description: 

1. Assist the division manager to perfect the bidding & procurement process and regulation, compilation of bidding documents and standard contract templates. Monitor the compliance status during bidding.

2. Carry out various procurement works during the preliminary, engineering, design and marketing phase of the Project, assist the division head to formulate the annual procurement plan of civil engineering and materials, update monthly/quarterly;

3. Assist the division head in supplier management, evaluate potential suppliers during market investigation, build up a high-quality and steady supplier pool and update regularly. Evaluate the performance of existing suppliers;

4. Liaise with different departments within the Group, promptly share information with the team and push forward the procurement work;

5. Organize and implement the bidding work of civil engineering, including: follow up of design development and BOQ, compilation of bidding document (specify contract scope), open bid, Q&A, bid evaluation, negotiation with suppliers, bid awarding, issuance of letter of acceptance, contract signing, archive and manage bidding document, etc.;

6. Follow up the civil engineering bidding and procurement work of and between various departments, project companies and secondary companies;

7. Participate in reviewing the payment request submitted by suppliers and final account (future responsibility)；

8. Participate in the seal and handover of samples, coordinate the mobilization and acceptance of bulk material (future responsibility)；

9. Participate in dealing with the material leftover and equipment after project completion.

Job Requirements:

1. Civil or industrial engineering ,QS or other related majors, bachelor’s degree or above；

2. Familiar with bidding and procurement process of real estate industry, familiar with procurement management and contract managements, capable to carry out procurement independently, candidates with work experience at major or well-known developer is preferred;

3. Proficiency in software such as WORD, EXCEL, CAD, PPT, etc.;

4. Strong work ethic and professionalism, strong sense of responsibility and execution, good negotiation skills and adaptability, good at communicating, coordinating and organizing, team spirit.
