Responsibilities:

• Being the first contact point with internal and external clients
• Cultivating clients
• Business development
• Managing condition report 
• Managing event 
• Communicating with specialists, providing them with any sale information and reports 
• Maintaining client database
• Managing catalogue mailing lists
• Handling with sale paddle registration of clients
• Arranging in bids, allocation of phone bids, bids entry, and call over of bids, bidding analysis
• Ensure sale alteration sheet is up to date
• Handling with taking payments
• Completion of post-sale review report in time for meeting with department  

 
  Requirements:

• Good Command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Good Command of spoken Japanese is an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal skill, proactive, detail minded and professional telephone manner;
• Responsible, pleasant personality;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing 
• Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner
• Strong ability to prioritize within tight deadlines 
• Minimum 2 year's solid experience in Auction House is a must
• Seasonal business travel may required
