Sales / Senior Sales Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain brand image.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain a good relationship with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints. 
• Perform other matters/ duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury brands or high-end fashion in both men's and ladies' wear.
• Be proactive and service-oriented.
• Work well in a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Candidates with more qualifications and experience will be considered as Senior Sales Associates.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Supervisor

• To lead and direct store activities to achieve the sales targets and drive both staff and customer engagement

• Monitor and manage the implementation of company regulations, operation policies, and procedures

• Establish and maintain the highest standard of the store environment.
• Lead with examples to drive the best out of individuals within the team.

• Minimum 5 years experience in the retail industry of which 2 years at the leadership level, senior sales with potential would also be considered
• Strong leader with proven ability to motivate and lead a team of retail personnel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
