Major Responsibilities

Our company has over 30 years history in the industry known for serving and delivering quality food and services, with our rapid expansion we are now hiring the position to further develop our business in Hong Kong and Macau.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will need to

• sell and promote our food items (meat, seafood, Liquid egg, soup & sauce, pastry and dairy) in Hong Kong and Macau Food Service market.
• achieve monthly sales target by enhancing existing customer and acquiring new sales opportunities.
• maintain a professional relationship with Hong Kong and Macau key clients, such as Quick-service restaurant, Hotel, Airlines and etc.
• regular client visit is needed to ensure the quality of service in Hotels, Private Clubs, Theme Park, Restaurants Group and Airlines Channel.
• work closely with the procurement and production team and provide sales forecast to monitor and control the stock level.
• develop marketing initiatives, menu design, and other items to stimulate growth in sales as well as to analyze market, consumer and competitive information.
• in-charge of managing customer account P&L, prepare sales quotation and forecast.
• participate in events and exhibitions.

 The Successful Applicant 

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or any equivalent
• At least 3 years' experience in foodservice industry (meat and seafood focus preferred)
• Solid business relationship with hotels and restaurant group is an asset
• Excellent in selling, communication, presentation and business management
• Highly Fluency in both Chinese and English for Written and Spoken command
• Position title may be adjusted subject to candidate's experience and seniority
