Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle sales performance tracking and daily administrative operation
- Provide support to sales team
- Prepare sales forecast, market competition and sales analysis reports
- Communicate and cooperate with other departments for job fulfillment
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher diploma or above in Business administration, Marketing or related discipline
- At least 2 years relevant experience in sales administration
- Strong computer skills in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge in MS Excel functions in Vlookup and Pivot Table is a must
- Proactive, well organized and attentive to details
