- Handles customer’s enquires, complaints and reports
- Simple accounting duties (Daily transaction record entry to database)
- Perform general tasks
Job Requirement:
- F.5 standard or above
- Over 1 year relevant working experience
- Fluent in spoken Mandarin & Cantonese
- Good PC knowledge of MS office
- Typing speed at 25wpm in English & 35wpm in Chinese
- On shift duty: 8:30am – 5:30pm or 10:00am – 7:00pm
