Salary Range: $15,000 - $17,000

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily sales order operations including quotation, follow up sales order, sales invoice, delivery arrangement etc.
• Manage and track customer or account receivable payment on time.
• Coordinate with supplier for inventory purchase and replenishment.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to sales team.
• Maintain record of sales database, including customer information, filing system, project photos, marketing materials and brochures.
• Assist in ad hoc duties if required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Diploma.
• At least 2 years experience in sales coordination/ sales administration/ customer service.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction industry would be an advantage.
• Attention to details, good communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Proficient in computer skill (MS office).
• Experience in ERP system would be an advantage.
