禮賓部顧客服務員主要職責:
禮賓部顧客服務員主要職責:
- 與顧客建立良好關係；
- 解答顧客查詢，妥善處理顧客投訴；
- 為顧客提供禮賓服務，包括歡迎問候語，提供公司各品牌資料，公司設施及售後服務服務設施；
- 推廣會籍及協助顧客登記成為會員；
- 處理會籍的日常操作及解答有關查詢；
- 處理網購店取的相關事宜；
- 協助店舖／商場的推廣活動及解答相關查詢。
禮賓部顧客服務員入職要求:
- 中五或相等程度，並有相關顧客服務經驗；
- 主動，有禮及良好溝通技巧；
- 懂簡單文書及電腦操作；
- 必須具流利普通話、廣東話及簡單英語。
