• Handle customer relationship for sales and marketing team
  
• Update and maintain the department's documentation and carrying out day-to-day and general administrative tasks
• Collect, analyze and summarize sales and marketing data and materials
• Assist in the preparation of correspondences, reports, presentations, proposals and professional documents and coordination among internal and external parties
• Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategy
• Assist in handling new product development
• Provide supports in sales and marketing events and corporate communications
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by seniors

Requirements

• University graduate 
• 1-2 years' relevant working experience in sales and marketing, administration or similar capacity
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Strong communication, problem solving & analytical skill
• Well-organized, energetic, adaptable and sense of responsibilities
• Cheerful, attention to details, prioritize with good interpersonal skills
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese / Putonghua
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
