Your tasks:

• Prepare and handle daily air freight import shipment and operations
• Prepare and handle various weekly/monthly reports for VIP customer 
• Liaise with contractor and internal parties to ensure smooth operation at airport and warehouse
• Keep track of inbound shipments and update shipment details through system timely and correctly
• Work very closely with operations and service coordination team on daily shipment
• Ah-hoc assignment by superior

Your Profile:

• Higher Diploma or above with at least 3 years experience in airfreight import
• Solid experience in Cargowise application is a plus
• Proficient in MS office applications plus Pivot Table
• Proactive, Initiative and able to work with team
• Willing to work during weekend
• Able to spoken & written both English & Chinese
• VBA knowledge is a plus
• Short notice is preferred
• Applicant with more experience and knowledge will consider as Senior Operations Clerk
