Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for PO processing in work flow system
• Responsible for shipment coordination
• Customer service, handle customers’ inquiry through mail & phone
• Assist sales team on organizing and managing the necessary report
• Assist in other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

• HKCEE/HKDSE graduates or above
• At least 1 - 2 year years of relevant experience
• Responsible, well-organized, hardworking with positive spirit and strong team work
• Good command of computer skills, including MS Word and Excel & Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle or MRP is an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferable
