Job description:

This position will work as part of the Client Care Specialist Team. Responsibilities of the Concierge Ambassador include:

•  Assist in open main door and hail taxi for client in courteous manner
•  Greet clients at hospital entrance/waiting area and offer assistance as   necessary
•  Handle incoming and perform outgoing calls
•  Handle all arrival & departure clients with care & efficiency
•  Divert clients to the right place according to their needs
•  Provide transportation services to/from hospital for business partners
•  Handle general inquiries from walk-in customers
•  Assist in handling administrative duties as assigned
•  Communicate and collaborate with other departments to fulfill specific   requests from customers
•  Maintain the highest standards of personal grooming, courtesy, positive   attitude and overall presentation at all times
•  Assist in carry out any adhoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• 1 year or above working experience in customer service or front desk or call center is preferred (No medical work experience is required). Recent Graduate will also be considered
• Excellent telephone manner, customer service skills and cheerful personality are essential
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese is a must. Mandarin is a plus
• 5-day work per week (Monday to Friday, 9 hours per shift from 9:00 to 18:00, including 1 hour meal time without pay), Statutory holiday day off
