• Coordinate order administration, communicating both internally (customer service & logistics division) and externally (franchisees & partners) to ensure the fulfillment of sales order and as per customer’s request
• Check all order confirmation for management’s approval
• Follow up the payments and shipments of the department
• Consolidate all products reports and sales analysis to management review
• Coordinate the price list for each market
• Support the after sales care for wholesale, travel retail and franchise customers
• Follow up with VM team on light box image
• Conduct seasonal competitor analysis and price survey
• Coordinate the seasonal sale with wholesale, travel retail and franchise customers
• Assist the Senior Director and managers on developing new accounts
• Liaise with UK for sample materials needed
• Coordinate the translation of training materials
• Delivery training materials to all franchisees
• Follow up with PR and Marketing for any events and promotions

• Degree holder in Business related discipline
• Minimum 3 years wholesale experience in luxury brand
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong focus on sales performance
• Excellent in MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
