1. Sales center management

Supervise and guide property consultants to complete daily work, such as organization of meetings, registration of customer visits, creating a buying atmosphere, signing relative documents, inquire and summarize remittance status, customer problem feedbacks, handling of emergency incidents, etc.

2. Sales Training

Assist sales manager to formulate sales training plans, prepare training materials, and supervise property consultants to continuously improve their comprehensive sales capabilities.

3. Market Investigation

Assist the sales manager to organize the property consultants to investigate the regional market where the Project is located and conduct comparative analysis by making full use of the market data, feedback to the sales manager simultaneously.

4. Participate in Marketing Strategy

Statistics of sales and customer source data, feedback market information, participate in the discussion of marketing strategies and assist the planning division in formulating such strategies, put forward suggestions about sales strategy.

5. Plan Management

According to the monthly sales target and work arrangements issued by the sales manager, break the target into individuals and arrange the work to ensure the completion of various goals, summarize and arrange the work on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and report to the sales manager.

Job Requirements：

1. College degree or above, marketing major is preferred;

2. Cambodian Nationals, candidates who can communicate in Chinese are preferred;

3. More than 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, more than 2 years of work experience in the same position;

4. Certain organizational, management and planning skills; able to work under pressure;

5. Clear minded, good at communication;
