Our client is one of the Well-known pharmaceutical companies in Hong Kong and they are looking for Medical Sales Supervisor/ Senior Medical Representative to join their professional team and support the clinical and hospital channels sales.  

Responsibilities: 

• Formulate and execute sales strategies at private clinical and hospital channels to promote and sell the pharmaceutical products  
• Communicate and build connection withtargeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis 
• Explore new business opportunities and develop new accounts to expands customers base;  
• Analyze client profiles and their needs with sound proposal and execution plans;  
• Maintain business relationship with our business partners with professional manner;  
• Drive sales and achieve the set target in line with sales policies and plans  
• Prepare the sales analysis and reports for management review; and  
• Collect market intelligence and constant updating of customers' database

• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably gained in FMCG/ Open Trade/healthcare/ food industries
• Enthusiasm, energetic and a good communicator with result-oriented capability, analytical and presentation skills  
• A self-motivator with good planning, responsibility and time management skills 
• A team player willing to work under pressure  
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Medical Representative 
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese  
• Proficiency in MS Office
