• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Sales and grow the company profits through excellent service to our current customers/dealers and recruiting new customers/dealers. 
• Provide sales support, conducting training on products, customer service to dealers, distributors and customers to provide advice, guidance and troubleshooting.
• Presentations and training to internal staff and dealers/distributors/customers and determine expectations and making appropriate recommendations. Educate on product promotions and provide product training.
• Provide ongoing communication to dealers/distributors/customers on products, promotions, policies, operating procedures, etc. to ensure functional effectiveness of all sales activities and results.  
• Perform regular visits to maintain strong relations, train on products, monitor progress, collect market information and coordinate dealer/distributor events
• Coordinate with technicians to evaluate the feasibility of repairing, replacing, and handling of equipment to effectively meet customer service objectives.

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Willingness to travel to dealer events, trade shows and sales meetings when border re-opens.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred.
• Scuba Diving Experience will be a plus
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with an excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese. (Korean language skill preferred)
• Independent, mature, self-motivated, proactive, detail-minded with strong problem solving skills. Able to work effectively under critical deadlines and multi-tasks.
