Post 1: Customer Service Officer (US based, 15-day AL, Double pay)

• Degree holder;
• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• Communicate with clients by email and telephone with good customer service skills in order to fulfill their requirements;
• Act as a contact point between clients and internal parties to meet deadlines;
• Good in English;
• Willing to take shift (roster will be arranged once a month) - with shift allowance;
• Candidates with experience in financial printing industry will be considered as Senior position.

Post 2: Customer Care Consultant - World-leading fashion house (attractive commission)

• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• Response to customer inquiries via phone, email and livechat as first point of contact;
• Follow up phone sales order by communicating with other internal departments and customers;
• Able to achieve sales target;
• Candidates with good sense of fashion and wardrobe outfits is an advantage;
• Knowledge in eCommerce and luxury retail sector is a plus.

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: Basic HK$16-25K + shift & OT allowance (depends on experience and skills);
• 5-day work;
• Working hours:
  • Post 1: 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, mid-night);
  • Post 2: 2 shifts (7:00 am to 4:00 pm / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm);
• Working location: Post 1) Central; Post 2) Lai Chi Kok;
• Good fringe benefits e.g. OT allowance, bank holiday, medical, dental, life insurance, etc.
