We are a Global Technology Company located in San Po Kong. We are now looking for a Personal Assistant to join our company. 

• Act as an active point of contact for the Sales Director to monitor the production schedule.
• Assist to improve the manufacturing workflow/operation to ensure smooth daily operation. 
• Coordinate and execute business-related projects. 
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agenda, minutes, as well as meeting and presentation materials. 
• Provide all-rounded support to and Sales VP for business activities.
• Handle commercial issues, such as order planning, shipment follow-up, payment arrangement, etc. 
• Gather customer orders and feedback.
• Execute the daily calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned independently. 

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Outgoing character initiative with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated & willing to learn.
• Flexible working hours may be required.
• Excellent PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in VR, Gaming and Entertainment is preferred.
• Immediate Available is highly  preferred.
