Duties

• Support the development of eCommerce and digital marketing strategy for online business.
• Develop and manage various online sales channels including online shop (Shopify,  Shopline), different international online marketplace such as Amazon, Alibaba, etc and local marketplace such as HKTVmall , etc
• Assist in handle customer’s inquiries, quotations, follow-up sales and account related issues with clients and internal team (both online & offline business), manage account and further expand the customer base of global markets
• Provide technological sales and marketing insights and strategy for business development and brand building
• Manage digital contents of social media platforms to support brand building, sales promotions and marketing activities
• Attend different international trade shows and exhibitions to explore business opportunities
• Perform other ad-hoc projects assigned by the Company

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration or related discipline
• at least 1 year of experience in sales & marketing, e-commerce or export/international trade is preferable
• Passionate in digital trend, with strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, especially about international online marketplace
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Aggressive, Self-motivated and eager to achieve sales target. Good communication skills and strong business sense
• Independent, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, enthusiastic in digital trends and adaptive to rapid changes
• Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• More experience will be considered as eCommerce & Marketing Officer
