Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in exhibition operation, administration & customer service for the jewelry exhibition under the supervision of Officer
• To process order forms and payments, data management, reply to general inquiries and liaise with exhibitors
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation
• Assist to prepare budgets, proposals and reports
• To monitor onsite logistic support
• To handle ad-hoc project as requested

Job Requirements:

• University graduate
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong organizing, communication and writing skills
• Self-motivated, diligent and responsible
• Co-operative and with good team spirit
• Travel will be occasionally required
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in exhibition industry will be an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
