Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assists local and overseas clients with quality customer service.
- Monitors shipments and responds to customer complaints.
- Provides customer assistance and resolves customer problems.
- Contribute to achieving overall CS standards with team members.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics sector.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.Ability to effectively communicate, solve problems, and handle telephone calls.
