- Promote Blue’s products to new and existing customers through outbound call
- Resolve problems/issues encountered by prospect/customer during their on-line journey or encounter with Blue
- Achieve the sales targets and meet service standard.
- Assist in new application and follow up requirement
- Maintain good customer relationship and promote Blue’s product & services
- Provide feedbacks to Managers on the Marketing campaigns and Procedure for enhancements.
- Perform ad-hoc task as required by management
- IIQE Paper 1, 3 are required
- Minimum 1 year experience in Telemarketing or Telesales in insurance product and customer services preferred
- DSE or above
- Strong communication, negotiating and influencing skills
- Effective customer engagement and relationship management
- Proactive, independent, self-motivated
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Compliance and regulatory knowledge and awareness
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- PC literate in MS Office
