Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the daily centre operation of the learning centre.
• Provide course information and recommend relevant courses to parents.
• Arrange and oversee the class timetables.
• Maintain good customer relationships with parents.

Requirement: 

• Higher Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably at an education centre 
• To be willing to work on Saturdays or weekends, 5.5 days work
• Fluency in Cantonese and English (Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage) 
• Excellent communication skills, to be proactive and enjoy working with kids

Tsuen Wan DPARK / Whampoa / Tai Kok Tsui / Lai Chi Kok / Sai Ying Pun / Kowloon Tong / Tseung Kwan O
