Job Description
Objective
Maintain good relations with clients and coordinate work efficiently to ensure high levels of service quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries;
- Provide quotation and follow-up orders;
- Coordinate between external and internal clients to ensure to complete the order on time;
- Develop a relationship with client;
- Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.
The Skills We’re Looking For
- Diploma/degree holder in any discipline (though Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline will be a plus);
- Fresh graduate are welcome; Candidate with more experiences would be Senior Client Service Representative;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good problem-solving skill;
- Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.
