Basic Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• Over 2 years freight forwarding experience
• Responsible, reliable, patient, pro-active and aggressive
• Good communication skill
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua

 Major Responsibilities:

• Follow-up shipment orders via liaising with branch offices, overseas agents and customers
• Provide full support to Operations Teams and co-operate with Sales Team
• Promote company services / products to current customers and working partners
• Vendors' management
• Prepare reports and quotation
• Join sales visit if required
